How can I contact Vehicle Mind support?

You can reach Vehicle Mind support in several ways

1. By email

Simply send an email to us at support@vehiclemind.com

2. From the VM app

Start by clicking the 'Help' icon in the top right corner. Your options are:

- Roadside Assistance - if you need urgent help. See this article for details. 

- Mechanic Hotline (subscribers only) - if you want to call us and ask about any car-related topic, including maintenance advice. 

- Select Support and search in the "Answers" field which links to our Knowledge Base articles. The most common articles are listed, but you search for any keyword in our Knowledge Base.

- Select Support, then choose "Ask" and you can send an email, or start a chat with our support team from within the app. 

You can also choose 'Send Feedback' then tap 'Report an Issue' or 'Suggest a Feature', or 'Tell Us What You Like/Don't Like'.

3. Via chat from our website

From our support website, click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the page, and you'll be able to directly chat with our support team.

We love questions and feedback, and will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
