In order to fully complete the registration process and ensure compatibility with your vehicle, you’ll have to drive your vehicle with the Hub plugged in for up to 15 minutes. After your first trip is complete, you’ll get a notification confirming that your vehicle is fully compatible with Vehicle Mind. If we detect any issues during this trip, we might ask for additional details. During this initial drive, please ensure that you are not underground, and that the Hub is inserted fully into the OBD port (and ensure that the blue LED is illuminated). If you are still having issues while registering your Hub, please contact Vehicle Mind support.
