Why aren't my trips being logged?
It takes a few minutes after you’ve turned off your car's ignition for a trip to be logged. If after a few hours you’re still not noticing any new trips being added, please ensure that your Hub is connected to your vehicle’s OBD port. If your trips still aren’t appearing in the Trips screen, remove the Hub from the OBD port and insert it once again. After your next trip, if you’re still not seeing any new trips, please contact Vehicle Mind support.
